Thoughts:

Some of my favorite short-form videos make fun of quality assurance folks or product managers for being "too strict" about code or folks scheduling meetings on meetings (I once enjoyed all variants of poker -- then I learned about planning poker and I haven't touched a deck of cards since. I disagree with this post's somewhat hyperbolic message, since there are very important reasons to have "good" code -- I find commenting to be particularly valuable; linting not so much -- but overall people need time to do their work. I struggle to see how excessive testing and planning poker are improvements over a more traditional and laissez-faire system.
